What you can expect from us:
• A renewable 6 month contract (CDD) from day one with the possibility for eventual CDI;

We are looking for someone with a passion for fashion and strong communication skills and attention to detail to assist consumers with queries regarding online purchases.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Answering consumer queries by email or phone in a polite and diplomatic tone providing a premium customer service experience;
• Assisting customers during pre-sale, sale and post-sale stages.
• Processing complaints in a responsible and fair way ensuring that all company procedures are respected, and that the consumer is satisfied with the resolution;
• Managing customer’s expectations regarding the products and shipping deadlines;
• Help convey a positive image of the company and brand in every contact;

Please be aware of the general requirements:
• Fluent or native in French/German with a good command of English;
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6pm;
• Good at working in a team environment and coordinating workflow with colleagues.
• Previous experience in customer service (preferential);
