We are looking for someone with a passion for the wellness industry to advise customers and help them with reservations.
Join our professional playground and you’ll develop:
• Advising customers about the best packs and services on the phone and through e-mail
• Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
• Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact
• Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project
Please be aware of the general requirements:
• Fluent or native in French
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6pm
• Excellent listening and communication skills. Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Previous experience in customer service (preferential)
