We are looking for a result oriented, dynamic and decisive Wholesale Sales Director.

• Leading the wholesale business, this will entail developing and implementing the seasonal sales strategies.
• Acquiring new customers each season and growing the existing customer base.
• Manage relationships with new and existing buyers throughout the season.
• Sales department administration and database updates.
• Working closely with Design Team, Production Director, Sales & Marketing Department, review and consider actions to improve/drive performance.
• Regular seasonal reporting such as sell thru, best sellers, etc, to aid decision-making regarding customer base and sales lines. Competitor analysis.
• Preparations for seasonal shows and selling campaigns.
• Setup and manage global sales shows (includes managing appointments, liaising with buyers, briefing the team).
• Take and process orders, negotiate payment terms – following consultation with the relevant teams on any change. Invoicing Customers.
• Communicating regularly to discuss sustaining growth of brand and ensuring the brand is represented properly.

The Ideal Candidate
• Proven track record of at least 3 years’ experience in e-wholesale and showroom. Understanding of the e-wholesale market and challenges faced.
• Fashion Sales, Buying, Retail or Business-related studies;
• Mandatory knowledge and confidence in the use of Microsoft Office, technically savvy with online sales platform (Shopify, Le New Black, Salesforce, etc) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to deal with people in person and over the phone;
• Able to work independently as well as in a team is key;
• Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in sales approach;
• Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must;
• Ability to meet deadlines in a very fast paced environment;
• Position requires international travel;
• Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written (mandatory).
