A Swiss Dental Services is a large network of Dental Clinics in different countries such as Portugal, France, UK, Switzerland and USA. We have more than 10 years of experience in Dental Sector.
We are looking for Call Center Manager (m/f) Porto.

Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily running of the call center, and implementing call center strategies and operations;
- Carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analyses;
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality minimize errors and track operative performance;
- Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions;
- Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports;
- Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
- Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant area;
- Proven experience at least 10 years;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Good communication skills;
- Strong Leadership skills;
- Proficiency working with Excel;
- Ability to run priorities and time management effectively.
