Evalueserve, the global knowledge leader, is looking for business intelligence professionals to support the Analytics and Insights team of a leading global financial institution. The selected candidates will be based in Valparaíso, Chile and provide real-time coverage to clients across the U.S.
Tasks
•Develop and execute direct marketing and client communication initiatives and provide reporting/ measurement support to determine success of each.
•Will assist with the analysis, data/process delivery, requirements, design, and documentation of complex campaign management activities.
•Specific tasks that are required in the development of the lists for campaigns:
1) Understanding overall business strategy and campaign-specific marketing/communication objectives
2) Researching data requests, coding, auditing
3) Producing campaign lists and maintaining promotion history
4) Documenting selection/exclusion requirements and creation of technical specifications documents
5)Ensuring that all legal and compliance criteria parameters are incorporated into the design of the campaigns
Requirements
Candidates must have the following skills:
1)Marketing campaign data management/execution/support experience
2)Advanced SQL
3)Intermediate/ Advanced SAS
4)Excellent analytical, critical thinking and decision support skills
5)Good balance between business and technical role
6)Excellent communication (in English)
7)Able to work independently

1)Teradata and/or UNIX experience
