Evalueserve, the global knowledge leader, is looking for business intelligence professionals to support the Analytics and Insights team of a leading global financial institution. The selected candidates will be based in Valparaíso, Chile and provide real-time coverage to clients across the U.S.
Tasks
•Define and document business and functional requirements
•Engage and direct business partners and subject matter experts to identify priorities, scope, and requirements for complex business problems
•Manage and perform complex business and systems analysis
•Engage technical development team members to transition requirements to design, and to determine appropriate design approach
•Coordinate with project managers on deliverables, risks, and issues
•Plan and execute system testing and user acceptance testing
Requirements
Must have:
1)Strong critical analytic and critical thinking skills
2)Proficient SQL skills and database knowledge in order to analyze data sources
3)Very strong communication and team skills –must be able to effectively communicate and discuss business and technical concepts and issues
4)Detailed and technically oriented, but possess the ability to consider strategic initiatives and drivers
5)Able to work independently
Preferred:
1)Experience developing business and functional requirements for complex enterprise data warehousing projects
2)Experience in financial services
3)SAS knowledge
